Halter straps tie behind your neck.
Top edges of dress & straps are raw (no hems) for a deconstructed look.
Shredded ruffles at bust.
Bottom edge of dress has tubed fabric panel for comfy fit.
Straps, ruffles, and bottom tubing are BLACK for all color options.
Knuckles are black and white for all color options.
Color options are for torso fabric color only.
Versatile tunic can be worn as a short mini dress or a long halter top!

    S   fits best bust 33”-34” waist 25”-26” hips 36”-37”
