NOTE: Our items are custom made to order & delivery times depend on seasonal factors. We regularly update delivery estimates for accuracy. Last updated: February 1, 2012. Dates valid for orders place by June 1, 2012.
NOTE: "Business days" are Monday - Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not business days.
PROCESSING/HANDLING TIME before shipment for non-rush orders:
Please allow 2-5 business days after payment for processing/handling to receive shipment email with usps.com tracking number.
You will receive your usps.com delivery confirmation number the evening after your package is mailed.
Items are made to order and ship first come, first serve unless a rush order is confirmed in advance.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Standard - $5 Flat Fee (USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation included)
Customer must select standard shipping option at checkout for delivery within USA.
This method normally takes 3 business days for delivery after shipment/handling. Seasonal factors can affect transit times.
USPS Express Mail (with Delivery Confirmation included)
Starting at $18 (Prices vary based on package size),
Available by email request for rush orders. (note: not all rush orders need express shipping).

Rockin' Bones is a custom clothing company. All items are custom made to order and shipped on a first come, first serve basis.
However, we can sometimes bump a rush order up on our production list and ship very quickly.
An Express upgrade may be necessary (but not always), depending on your deadline and our current order queue.
Do not place your rush order until we reply with the required shipping method selection for your deadline.

Please read this notice regarding the shipping address you submit to us: It is your responsibility as the recipient to enter the correct shipping address when you submit your order to us. It is your responsibility to also have USPS forward your mail to your new address when you move. We ship to the shipping address provided to us when the order is submitted. Please double check that you have provided us with the correct shipping address when you submit your order. If you notice that out of date information is listed, please notify us immediately with the updated information. If your order has already been shipped and you notice that we have incorrect or outdated shipping information on file, it is your responsibility to pay for a re-shipment due to your error at checkout if/when the package is returned to us. We do not grant refunds or re-ship packages at our expense for orders due to incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer. If a package is returned to us by usps due to incorrect shipping information, we will re-ship the package to your correct address after we receive a re-shipment fee from you and the correct mailing address. Please double check the shipping address that you provide to us at checkout. Thank you.

INTERNATIONAL/Outside USA Shipping Options & Costs
Some countries charge import taxes. Contact your local post office for the rates they may collect.
We cannot mark merchandise shipped outside the USA as "gift" or declare an incorrect merchandise value.

starting at $29 (Prices vary based on package size). Price will display after you select shipping method on view cart page.
This method is strongly recommended for all orders shipped outside USA to avoid postal delays/losses.
This method normally takes 5-6 business days for delivery after shipment/handling. Seasonal factors and/or location can affect transit times.
USPS Global Priority Mail (does not include tracking):
starting at $14 (Prices vary based on package size). Price will display after you select shipping method on view cart page.
This method does not include tracking.This method is NOT recommended for Canada, Mexico, Germany, Italy, UAE, Spain, Brazil, & Israel due to frequent delays. We strongly recommend selecting Express mail instead for international delivery.
This method normally takes 2-6 weeks for delivery after shipment/handling.
Seasonal factors and/or location can extend transit time to over 6 weeks.
Rush Orders:

WHOLESALE ORDERS (for stores/vendors ONLY...not regular website customers)

Wholesale Shipping Options & Costs
All wholesale orders include usps.com tracking and signature confirmation.
You will receive an email with your shipment date within 24 hours of your order.
You will receive an email with your usps.com tracking number the evening after your order is shipped.
All wholesale orders shipped within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
All wholesale items shipped within the USA ship for $5, regardless of order size.
All wholesale orders shipped outside USA/international are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail with Tracking & Insurance.
International shipping rates are based on weight. To see your shipping cost, add items to your cart, view cart, and then scroll down to the drop down shipping menu. Select your country and then click update totals and the cost will display.
Wholesale Delivery Times
NOTE: "Business days" are Monday - Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not business days.
Orders $200-$500 (subtotal not including shipping):
USA: Allow 6 business days after payment for delivery/receipt of package.
Outside USA/International: Allow 9 business days after payment for delivery/receipt of package.
Orders $501-$1000 (subtotal not including shipping):
USA: Allow 9 business days after payment for delivery/receipt of package.
Outside USA/International: Allow 13 business days after payment for delivery/receipt of package.
Orders $1001-$1500 (subtotal not including shipping):
USA: Allow 12 business days after payment for delivery/receipt of package.
Outside USA/International: Allow 16 business days after payment for delivery/receipt of package.
Orders over $1500(subtotal not including shipping):
Delivery dates for orders over $1500 depend on order size & designs ordered. Most wholesale orders under $2500 are mailed 2.5-3 weeks after payment when it is not a holiday season. Orders over $2500, can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to ship depending on how large the order size and what designs are ordered. We will email you your shipment date within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to know the exact date that your large order over $1500 will be mailed before you send payment, please follow these instructions:
1) Login to your account and add all items to your cart but do not checkout or pay.
2) Email us and ask for the shipment date. You do not need to list the cart items in the email because we can look at your cart even when checkout has not been completed.
3) After we receive your email, we will look at your account & cart and email you a response with your shipment date within 24 hours.
