Policies for making purchases from Rockin' Bones DIY clothing store.

Payment, Shipping, & Return Policies 


You agree to Rockin' Bones Entertainment's Policies & Procedures when you submit an order to us.

Payments 
Payments made through our shopping cart system are processed by Google checkout or Paypal, depending on customer choice at checkout. NOTE: Google checkout is an easy way to pay if you prefer to enter your information in directly without a lengthy account sign up process. However, at this time, Google only processes payments made in US dollars and UK pounds. If you would like to pay with any other currency, please select Paypal checkout (the red checkout button) as Paypal can process a multitude of currencies. We accept online payments only at this time. All payments are processed through a secure server to protect your personal information. 

Shipping
Locations We ship worldwide.
Processing time: Each item is made to order. This means that we create each item after an order is placed. We do this so that we can offer the largest selection to you at all times. Because our garments are made to order, our processing time is up to 10 days before shipment occurs. 
Transit time: Retail orders placed within the USA are shipped via USPS priority  mail with delivery confirmation. According to USPS.com, the transit time for this service is normally 2-3 postal business days, although it is not guaranteed. Retail orders places outside of the USA are shipped via USPS global priority mail unless the service is not available to a particular country in which case USPS airmail will be used instead. According to USPS.com, the transit time for global priority mail is 4-6 postal business days and the transit time for airmail varies according to location. USPS does not guarantee transit times for international shipping unless an item is shipped via USPS guaranteed Express mail which is available for an additional charge by request only. Please email us through our contact page if you would like this service added. Note: during busy postal periods and periods of inclement weather, USPS transit times are longer than expected. 
Rush Orders: If you need your package by a certain date, please email us before purchasing and we will see if we can accommodate you. Please wait to purchase your item until you receive a response from us. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee rush delivery. Sometimes, we are able to place an order at the top of our list and/or offer Express shipping to speed up the delivery process. However, during especially busy periods, we cannot do this so that is why it is imperative for you to contact us first.
Order Tracking: Orders placed within the USA receive delivery confirmation and a tracking number trackable at USPS.com. Orders placed outside the USA receive a customs label number which can be entered at USPS.com to verify shipment.
Lost/Delayed Shipments: For US orders, if an item does not arrive within 7 postal business days of shipment and USPS tracking does not state that the item was delivered, we will send one replacement to the original address specified when the order was placed. For international orders, if an item does not arrive within 14 postal business days after shipment, we will send one replacement to the original address specified when the order was placed if USPS tracking does not indicate that the item was delivered. If USPS tracking states that an item was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your post office with the tracking number we provide. Usually, the item is there and a simple tracking number will locate it. 
Customs Tax For Orders Placed Outside the USA: Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any customs taxes due upon receipt of your package. 

Returns/Exchanges
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please email us promptly and we will replace the damaged item at our expense. You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged item to receive a replacement.  Do not return a package to us unless we specify for you to do so. Any unauthorized returns will not be signed for; they will be refused and returned to sender. 
Incomplete/Incorrect Order: If your order arrives incomplete or an incorrect item is shipped to you, please email us promptly and we will send you the correct shipment at our expense. You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the incomplete/incorrect shipment to receive a replacement. Do not return a package to us unless we specify for you to do so. Any unauthorized returns will not be signed for; they will be refused and returned to sender.
Size Exchanges: If your item does not fit, we will gladly accept an exchange for the same style in a different size. We do not accept exchanges for different styles. You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item for an exchange to be authorized.  Do not return a package to us until we reply to your request and you receive our package labeling instructions for returns. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. There will be a $5.25 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee for size exchanges shipped to the USA. There will be a $9 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee for size exchanges shipped to Canada or Mexico. There will be an $11 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee for size exchanges shipped outside of the USA/Canada/Mexico.
Other Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about an item and wait for a reply before making your purchase. We do not accept unauthorized returns/exchanges. Any unauthorized returns will not be signed for; they will be refused and returned to sender.
